The Delivery Helper/Driver is responsible for delivering furniture to customers in a timely and professional manner. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the customer’s furniture is in satisfactory condition upon arrival.

• Load and unload customer furniture in a safe and efficient manner. Heavy lifting is required!

• Inspect customer furniture for any damages and report any discrepancies.

• Deliver customer furniture in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery.

• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Adhere to customer delivery scheduling and procedures.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
