Kathy Smith
Kathy Smith kicked off her accomplished career in the furniture industry almost four decades ago at a family owned business in Concord, NH. Since then, she has led many successful showrooms and inspired design teams in the Northeast , West Palm Beach, and Naples.
Kathy sets the tone for the experience you have in our showroom. Known for her calm leadership, integrity, and thoughtful approach, she ensures every client interaction is guided by clarity, care, and respect. While she works behind the scenes supporting and mentoring the design team, Kathy is always available when needed to step in, listen, and help move things forward with confidence. Her focus is on creating a seamless, well-orchestrated customer journey from your first visit to the moment of installation.
Having studied English literature and Creative writing at the University of New Hampshire, Kathy still has a passion for great writing and likes to read both memoirs and mysteries. When she isn’t managing our Fort Myers showroom Kathy enjoys spending time with her dog Heisenberg and cat Simba, as well as doting on her beloved grandsons.
