Jim Shafer, IDS
A long-term resident of Naples, Jim Shafer has a knack for creating beautiful, award-winning interiors for many Florida homes. In 2021, he won the coveted Sand Dollar Award and two Pinnacle Awards for interior design of private residences in Naples. Originally from Michigan, Jim earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics and Painting from Central Michigan University. He officially transitioned to interior design in 1999 and loves everything about it, from gathering inspiration to completing an installation. Combined with an appreciation for architecture, Jim’s passion for design translates to a talent for highlighting unique architectural features within a space.
